Workshops are held for a minimum of two and a maximum of 10 participants.
Each workshop develops the body-mind connection, cultivating the physical health and mental and emotional stability that will become precious allies whatever your profession or life-style. Discover the creative space of meditation, the impact of chakra energies, breathing techniques and powerful postures that create a synergy in support of the targeted theme.
The three-hour module offers the opportunity for deep meditation, a sustained physical practice and time for questions, comments or exploring strategies for evolving in the asanas that support the workshop theme.
