Yoga and mediation: themed workshops

Would you like to discover or deepen your knowledge of Raja Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation? Here are two series of workshops that will provide you with the basis for a daily practice in deep support of well-being.

The programme

Workshops are held once a month and can be taken individually, as a complement to weekly classes, for example, or as a continuation of a series.
Each workshop develops the physical fitness and mental and emotional stability that will become your precious allies in the fast pace of daily life. The programme includes work on the chakras, mindfulness meditation, breathing techniques and powerful postures that create a synergy in support of the targeted theme.
The three-hour module offers the luxury of deep meditation, a sustained physical practice and time for questions, comments or exploring strategies for evolving in the asanas that support the workshop theme.
