Amara Yoga offers group yoga classes on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm to 8.15pm in four cycles of seven Raja Yoga classes.

Alone, as a couple or in a small group, programme your class à la carte by choosing from predefined themes or according to your specific needs.

Held on Saturday afternoons from 3.30pm to 6.30pm or during intensive weekdays, the workshops offer in-depth work on a predefined theme.

Amara Yoga vous propose des cours de Yoga en groupe les mercredis et jeudis soirs de 19h à 20h15 en raison de quatre cycles de sept cours de Raja Yoga.

Seul, en couple ou en petit groupe, programmez votre cours à la carte en choisissant parmi des thèmes prédéfinies ou selon vos besoins spécifiques.

Organisés les samedis après-midis, de 15h30 à 18h30 ou en semaine intensive, les ateliers proposent un travail en profondeur sur une thématique prédéfinie.

Your teacher

Classes are taught by Lilli Engle, yoga instructor and health and wellbeing educator, certified E-RYT 500 by Yoga Alliance, in association with the Chopra Center for Health and WellBeing. Trained in India, California and New Zealand, certified by the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, Yoga Alliance and Ashram Yoga (e-RYT500), Lilli Engle - Amara Anandamani - has been teaching Raja Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Nidra since 2009. A devotee of the teachings of Deepak Chopra and Swami Satyananda Saraswati, she takes great pleasure in introducing anyone who is sensitive to these practices, which are both ancient and wonderfully modern.
